Returns & Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are processed and shipped within the same day to 2 business days from our nearest warehouse for fastest delivery. Your order will be packaged carefully and delivered to your door. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Can I return my product?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible, your item must be new and unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Before sending anything back, request a return through our Start a Return form or email fivestarparts1@gmail.com to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items sent back without one will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee applies unless the item arrived defective or damaged or we sent the wrong item. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note that discontinued and closeout items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at fivestarparts1@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
